Will you spend eternity in Heaven?
Here is what the Bible says.

1. You can know for certain!
“These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” I John 5:13

2. You cannot get to Heaven by being good.
“. . . there is none that doeth good, no, not one. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:12 & 23 Even if we do good things, God says in Isaiah 64:6 that “. . . all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags . . . .”  “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us . . . .” Titus 3:5 
He wouldn’t want us to get too proud about it anyway. "Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:9 
We are all sinners and deserving of death in a place called Hell. “For the wages of sin is death . . . .” Romans 6:23

3. Christ paid our death penalty on the cross.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins . . . .” Ephesians 1:7
Jesus loved us so much that He came up with a better way--Himself. After He died, He wasn’t done. He rose from the dead. “And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” 1 Corinthians 15:4

4. Heaven is a free gift.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” Ephesians 2:8  “. . . the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

5. How do you accept this free gift?
“And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved . . . .” Acts 16:31 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:9 & 13
